Achillea
Summer Pastels (Yarrow)

Hardy perennial. Strong-stemmed pastel flower clusters in a beautiful color range unusual for yarrow. Foliage is fragrant and lacy. Flowers first year from seed and will bloom continuously until heavy frost. Blooms faithfully year after year. Excellent for beds, cut flowers (fresh or dried). Will tolerate excessive moisture, prolonged droughts, and exposed coastal areas.

Adaptable to conditions as variable as Alaska and Florida. 120 days to bloom. Grows best in full sun to a height of 24 inches.

Alyssum
Gold Dust (Saxatile Compactum)

Hardy perennial. Masses of bright yellow flower clustered mounds with silver gray foliage appear in early spring and begin blooming very early; often with forsythia and tulips. Taller and more spreading than sweet alyssum. A staple flower of any rock garden or perennial planting. In mild temperature climates such as California, can bloom all year round.

Ideal for borders, sunny banks and wall crevices. 180-300 days to bloom. Grows best in sun or partial shade to a height of 12 inches.

Black-Eyed Susan
(Rudbeckia Hirta) 125MG
Hardy perennial. A traditional garden favorite and one of the most loved wildflowers. Neat, magnificently brilliant black and gold flowers are borne on stately stems. Easy to grow. Blooms summer to fall. Excellent in beds and borders. Grows well throughout much of North America under a variety of conditions. Lovely for informal cut flower arrangements. 60 - 90 days to bloom. Grows best in full sun to a height of 2 - 3 feet.

Blanketflower
(Gaillardia Aristata) 200MG
Perennial. Large, daisy-like brilliantly colored flowers are invaluable for garden decor. Blooms profusely from early summer to late fall or hard frost. Drought tolerant. Fall planting will produce spring blossoms. Broadcast seeds over bed. For even distribution, mix seed with cup of sand before sowing. Cover lightly. Firm by light tamping. Keep beds moist for a week or so to sprout seeds. When plants are 2 inches high, thin or transplant.

Excellent for borders, rock gardens and beds. Good cut flowers. Remove faded blooms to encourage further flowering. Cut back stalks in fall and mulch. Good drainage in winter is essential. 90 - 180 days to bloom. Grows best in full sun to a height of 24 - 30 inches.

Butterfly Flower 145MG
Perennial. Bright orange flowers in summer, followed by pointed red pods. Tuberous rooted perennial with narrow foliage, upright and vigorous. Great for cut arrangements. Mulch lightly to protect from severe winters. 365 plus days to bloom. Grows best in sun or partial shade to a height of 2 - 3 feet.
