Organic Lettuce
Bibb (Limestone) 1.80G
A butterhead variety considered a real delicacy. Easy to grow. The small, somewhat loose head is tender with a distinctive flavor. Early starting is advised to avoid bolting to seed in hot weather. Packet will plant approximately a 100 foot row.

57 days to harvest after transplanting. Lettuce needs plenty of moisture. Also, fall crops may have to be started indoors since lettuce has a difficult time even germinating in hot weather. Transplant with care.

Organic Lettuce
Black Seeded Simpson 2.25G
The most popular loose-leaf lettuce for home gardens! Its frilled, crumpled leaves are attractive, crisp, tender and appetizing. A vigorous grower, high in vitamins A and B. Cool weather vegetable. Packet will plant approximately a 144 foot row.

45 days to harvest after transplanting. Lettuce needs plenty of moisture. Also, fall crops may have to be started indoors since lettuce has a difficult time even germinating in hot weather. Transplant with care.

Organic Lettuce
Parris Island Cos (Romaine) 1.80G
Long, spoon-shaped leaves fold into an upright, loose head 8 to 9 inches tall. Very crisp and tender and more nutritious than iceberg head lettuce. Withstands warm weather better than most other lettuce. Packet will plant approximately an 80 foot

row. 68 days to harvest after transplanting. Lettuce needs plenty of moisture. Also, fall crops may have to be started indoors since lettuce has a difficult time even germinating in hot weather. Transplant with care.

Organic Mustard
Early Mazuna 600MG
A mustard of Japanese origin. Dark green and narrow leaves are deeply cut and fringed at the edges. A vigorous grower and produces an abundance of slender white stalks. Resistant to cold. Packet will plant approximately a 60 foot row.

50 days to harvest after transplanting. For best greens, provide quick growth by keeping ground around the seed moist. Sow again in late summer for fall harvest.

Organic Okra
Clemson Spineless #80 6.00G
The fleshy, ribbed pods are very tender when picked at 3 inches in length. Great in Cajun dishes or when fried or boiled by itself. Heavy production with regular picking. Packet will plant approximately a 68 foot row. 58 days to harvest after transplanting.

Pick pods when they become 3 to 4 inches long. If they are allowed to become mature, plants will stop producing.

Organic Onion
Evergreen Bunching 2.20G
Grown exclusively for green, bunching onions. The crispness and mild flavor of this variety make it delicious as an appetizer or relish. Super in salads! Packet will plant approximately a 16 foot row. 60 days to harvest after transplanting. Fertile, moist

soil enriched with compost is best for onion production. Onions ward off many insect pests around lettuce, cabbage and carrots. Use thinnings and green stems in your favorite recipes to replace chives.

Walla Walla Sweet 2.20G
A very large onion, often weighing 2 pounds, that is excellent for slicing. The white flesh has a mild, sweet delicious flavor. One of the most popular of all onion varieties. Packet will plant approximately a 16 foot row. 60 days to harvest after transplanting.
