Vigorous, many-branched bush plants produce heavy yields of pods similar in appearance to pole Blue Lake. Flavor of these 6.5 inch round pods is excellent. Disease resistant. High in vitamins A, B and C. Plants approximately a 14 foot row. 55 days

to harvest after transplanting. Avoid working around beans when wet; this may spread diseases. When weeding, hoe gently because beans are shallow-rooted. Mulch plants only after thinning.

Pole, Kentucky Wonder 35G
One of the most popular pole beans for home gardens. Very productive with fleshy, medium green pods. These distinctly flavored, tender beans are best when pods are 6 inches long. Packet will plant approximately a 20 foot row. 66

days to harvest after transplanting. Avoid working around beans when wet; this may spread diseases. When weeding, hoe gently because beans are shallow-rooted. Mulch plants only after thinning.

A fine all-purpose table beet high in vitamins A, B2, B6, and C. Flattened globe-shaped roots have purplish red flesh and excellent flavor. Packet will plant approximately a 20 foot row. 60 days to harvest after transplanting. The small, slender tops

make delicious greens. Beets can be grown repeatedly during the season for a bountiful crop.

Green Sprouting Calabrese 1.25G
A dark-green, close beaded bluish green central head that is high in vitamins. The large head also furnishes an abundance of side shoots. A cool weather vegetable low in calories. Packet will plant approximately a 60 foot row. 70 to 90 days to

harvest after transplanting. Broccoli is a good producer again when planted in the summer for fall harvest until frost.

Organic Cantaloupe
Hearts Of Gold 1.80G
An excellent melon for home gardeners. The aromatic deep-orange flesh is sweet and juicy. Vines are vigorous and very productive. High in vitamins A, B and C. Packet will plant approximately 10 hills. 70 to 90 days to harvest after transplanting.

Canteloupe is ready to pick when golden beige, has a distinct aroma and slips easily from the vine.

Organic Carrot

The cylindrical carrots are very sweet and flavorful, with a lovely orange color even when very young. The closer you plant the seeds, the smaller your carrots will be. Packet will plant approximately a 35 foot row. 60 days to harvest after transplanting.

Too much water can cause carrots to crack. They should be kept weeded (a clean mulch can reduce this job). Also place soil lightly over exposed roots to prevent cracking.

This high yielding sweet corn produces attractive and sweetly delicious ears. Ears have 14 to 16 rows of tender kernels. Mid to late season bicolor variety. Packet will plant approximately a 30 foot row. 80 days to harvest after transplanting.

For better ear fill, plant a number of short rows together instead of a long single row. This helps insure pollination. For plenty of corn all season, plant early and late varieties.

An All-American Winner! These perfectly straight cucumbers have sweet, mild flesh. The excellent flavor makes this a super choice for salads or as sticks for dipping. Packet will plant approximately 18 hills. 60 days to harvest after transplanting.

Plant cucumber seeds only after all danger of frost is past and ground is warm. They need lots of sunshine and water. Keep weeds to a minimum with straw or leaf mulch.

after transplanting. Plant cucumber seeds only after all danger of frost is past and ground is warm. They need lots of sunshine and water. Keep weeds to a minimum with straw or leaf mulch.

Fruits are long, slightly bulbous. Deepen to rich purple near maturity. The slender fruits are meaty and easy to slice. Very prolific. Low in calories and high in vitamins A, C and the B group. Packet will plant approximately a 60 foot row. 75 days to

harvest after transplanting. You can tell when eggplant is ripe by its glossy purple look. Harvest fruits while still shiny. Cut from the stem with a sharp knife.
