Hardy Annual. Beautiful plants that reach only ankle-high in a wide range of intense colors. Spikes are short and numerous and so tightly packed with brilliant blossoms that you can hardly see the foliage. Will survive all but extreme cold. Ideal in rock gardens and window boxes. Ideal for edging and for covering faded beds of bulbs. Remove faded spikes, fertilize and water to force flowering shoot development. 55 - 100 days to bloom. Grows best in full sun to a height of 6 - 8 inches.

Half Hardy Annual. Stately spikes are tightly packed with large blossoms in a wide range of intense colors of white, yellow, purple, crimson, bronze and pink. Strong stems withstand wind and rain. Excellent early summer flower. Excellent as bedding plants and grouped in borders for a display of brilliant color. Pretty when mixed with Petunias, Marigolds and Zinnias. 55 - 100 days to bloom. Grows best in full sun to a height of 18 inches.

Half Hardy Annual. Dense, graceful sprays of dainty, papery everlasting flowers in strong shades of yellow, rose, lavender, blue and white. Retains colors well when dried. Heat tolerant. Blooms from midsummer to frost. Very attractive in cut flower arrangements. When dried, they make lovely winter bouquets. Cut mature flowers, remove foliage and hang downward in shade to dry. 60 - 80 days to bloom. Grows best in full sun to a height of 2 feet.
