Seven to 15 days for germination. 50 - 60 days to bloom. Grows best in full sun to a height of 12 inches. After all danger of frost, sow in open ground. Cover with 1/4 inch soil. Prefers light, dry and not too rich soil. For earlier bloom, sow in flats indoors about 4 to 5 weeks before the last frost. When plants are a few inches high, thin or transplant. (Plants will not mature properly if not thinned).
In Arizona and California plant in late summer for winter bloom. Excellent for borders and rock gardens as well as beds.

Fourteen to 20 days for germination. 84 days to bloom. Grows best in full sun or partial shade to a height of 6 feet.
